Priced by how many businesses you keep.
Not by seats, not by transactions, and not by which parts you are allowed to switch on. Every business you keep books for is one business, whether it files four bills a month or four hundred.
Plans
One business
25,000PKR / month
A single set of books.
Up to three
50,000PKR / month
A group of brands under one holding company.
Up to five
75,000PKR / month
More brands, shared costs split by rule.
Every plan carries the whole system. Seven days free to begin with, and you are only billed for businesses you actually used that month. More than five businesses? Talk to us.
If you sell on Shopify
The Alevate Books app on the Shopify App Store is free to install and free to use. It connects your store to an Alevate Books subscription — the plans above — in the same way an accounting app connects a store to an accounting account. There is no charge for the app itself, no in-app purchase, and nothing to buy inside Shopify.
How pricing works
You tell us what you run
Ecommerce, trading, manufacturing, a group of brands — how many businesses, how much paperwork a month, who does the books today.
We scan one of your bills
Bring a real supplier invoice you have not entered yet. We photograph it on the call and you watch the draft entry come back.
You keep the books you made
Seven days free, and an honest answer about what would need building if your business does something the system does not do yet.
Included on every plan
These are not modules you buy separately
There is no edition where inventory is locked behind an upgrade. The system is one system, and the only thing the price counts is how many businesses you keep books for — never which parts you are allowed to switch on.

And if your business does something the system does not
That happens, and it is not a problem to be talked around. Some businesses cost a job in a way no template covers; some need a document, a rule or a report that is theirs alone. We build those. What we will not do is tell you the standard system does it when it does not — you would find out in month two, and by then it is your problem rather than ours.

It is a better demonstration than anything we could say here, and it takes about a minute.
