Help with the software
Something is not working, a figure looks wrong, or you cannot find where to do a thing. Tell us the business you were in and what you were trying to do — it is the difference between a same-day answer and a week of questions.
A security problem
Report it to us before disclosing it anywhere else, with enough detail to reproduce it. What we already do to keep books separate is set out on the Security page.
